Services We Provide

AutoMakler provides the following services related to US auto auctions (Copart, IAAI):

• Vehicle delivery cost calculator for shipments to Georgia and Azerbaijan.
• Carfax vehicle history reports.
• Browser extension for quick access to delivery calculations from auction pages.
• Auction bidding and vehicle procurement assistance.

User Accounts

You may register an account using your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.

Payments & Refunds

Certain services, such as Carfax reports and subscription plans, require payment. All payments are processed securely. Refunds may be issued at our discretion. Balance top-ups are non-refundable once used for a service.

Calculator Accuracy

The delivery cost calculator provides estimates based on current rates and available data. Actual costs may vary due to changes in shipping rates, customs duties, exchange rates, and other factors. AutoMakler does not guarantee the accuracy of calculator results and is not liable for any differences between estimated and actual costs.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on AutoMakler are owned by AutoMakler or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our platform without written permission.

Prohibited Use

• Using the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access to the service without permission.
• Interfering with the proper functioning of the service.

Limitation of Liability

AutoMakler is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AutoMakler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Termination
